{"id":4628,"date":"2025-02-20T13:46:07","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T11:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotelezeri.lv\/ieksejas-kartibas-noteikumi\/"},"modified":"2025-11-20T11:15:38","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T09:15:38","slug":"ieksejas-kartibas-noteikumi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotelezeri.lv\/en\/ieksejas-kartibas-noteikumi\/","title":{"rendered":"Hotel rules and regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Check-in time<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in from 15:00<\/li>\n<li>Check-out till 12:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Payment methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank transfer (accommodation bill must be settled before check-in);<\/li>\n<li>Credit card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard);<\/li>\n<li>Cash in euros;<\/li>\n<li>Coupon, travel voucher or gift card for a specific service;<\/li>\n<li>Gift card with a cash value issued with cooperation partner (like D\u0101vanuserviss.lv, D\u0101vanusala.lv, Gribuatpusties.lv, etc.) can be used to pay for services for standard price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Check-in<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Guest must provide valid passport, ID card to check-in at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Booking can be guaranteed with prepayment (not later than 24h before arrival).<\/li>\n<li>If guest doesn\u2019t arrive till 18:00, hotel holds the right to sell the room to other guests (if guest hasn\u2019t informed about arrival time).<\/li>\n<li>If booking is not guaranteed, guest can choose a room only from ones that are available on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Guaranteed reservation can be cancelled without penalty 48h before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>If guaranteed reservation is cancelled less than 48h before arrival or guest doesn\u2019t arrive, hotel holds the right to charge the client in the amount of first night of accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Gift Cards<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gift card is a non-monetary payment method which can be used to pay for SPA Hotel Ezeri services.<\/li>\n<li>Gift card buyer, when purchasing the gift card, becomes it\u2019s user and by the purchase certifies that gift card usage regulations are read, agreed upon and will be followed.<\/li>\n<li>If the gift card is given to someone else, the user commits to inform this other person (from now on the new user) about the rules of gift card usage.<\/li>\n<li>Gift card can be used as a payment method for SPA Hotel Ezeri services one time. When paying by gift card, it is returned to hotel\u2019s administration.<\/li>\n<li>Gift card can\u2019t be used as a payment method for SPA Hotel Ezeri services that are booked through partners\u2019 sales channels (for example Booking.com, Davanuserviss.lv, Lieliskadavana.lv, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Gift card can be used together with other means of payment \u2013 bank card or cash, if the total amount of the services exceeds gift card value.<\/li>\n<li>Gift card can\u2019t be exchanged for cash. Unused gift card value is not reimbursed. In case of gift card loss, the gift card can\u2019t be renewed.<\/li>\n<li>Gift card is valid 12 (twelve) months from the day of purchase. Gift card with expired usage date can be renewed, cost 10 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Free parking is available to hotel guests.<\/li>\n<li>The hotel is not responsible for the car parked in the parking. The parking is not guarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Laundry<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Laundry service is available at the hotel. Service availability must be consulted at the reception desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pets<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pets are welcome, their stay at the hotel must be arranged with hotel\u2019s administration in advance (only small size animals). Extra charge for a pet \u2013 30 EUR per night.<\/li>\n<li>Guest holds full responsibility about its pet. Any damage caused by the animal will be the responsibility of the owner. In case of noise or inconvenience caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty up to 200 EUR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Smoking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. The fine for smoking in the rooms is 250 euros per person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Hotel rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It is not allowed to disturb other guests with noise or other behaviour. There are quiet hours from 23:00 until 6:00.<\/li>\n<li>For security reasons it is forbidden to accept guests after 23:00 at the hotel that are not accommodated. Client holds full responsibility of it\u2019s guests and their behaviour.<\/li>\n<li>It is forbidden to damage hotel\u2019s equipment. If any damage is spotted at the time of arrival in guest room, please, contact reception desk to avoid misunderstandings.<\/li>\n<li>Any damage caused by the guest must be reimbursed to the hotel according to its value.<\/li>\n<li>Hotel staff holds the right to refuse a service to a client that is under influence of drugs or alcohol. In this case money for prepaid or booked services will not be returned.<\/li>\n<li>Hotel doesn\u2019t hold responsibility for guest belongings left unattended.<\/li>\n<li>If after confirmation of accommodation service, hotel cannot accommodate client in the category of room it has booked, hotel is obliged to offer accommodation, without any extra payment, in another hotel of similar standard in the vicinity of Hotel and to<\/li>\n<li>inform the clinet about the hotel change.<\/li>\n<li>If the client stays at the hotel for more than one night the staff make daily cleaning. Staff\u00a0 don&#8217;t make daily cleaning only if it is &#8220;Do not disturb&#8221; sign on the door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>SPA center<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Not allowed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages. Penalty &#8211; 300 euros.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking. Penalty &#8211; 250 euros.<\/li>\n<li>Jumping into the pool (pool depth 1.4 m).<\/li>\n<li>Use creams, ointments, scrubs, etc. in the saunas.<\/li>\n<li>When visiting the SPA center, be sure to wear swimsuits or other suitable clothing.<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to take a shower before and after visiting the sauna and pool.<\/li>\n<li>After SPA center visit please hand over your towel and key to the administrator.
